Explaining how internal needs transform into behavioral patterns and stable external structures in the phenomenon of lifestyle is a fundamental issue in social studies. Accordingly, the present research seeks to explain the nature, logic of evolution, and evaluation criteria of lifestyle, aiming to provide a philosophical explanation and sociological formulation of this concept based on Allameh Tabataba'i's theory of "Constructed Perceptions" (I'tibariat). The theoretical framework of the research is formulated into a four-dimensional model derived from the views of modern thinkers. The research method is descriptive-analytical, employing the methodology of rational reconstruction. Findings indicate that lifestyle is a systematic complex of constructed "oughts" and the product of a longitudinal interaction between innate needs, emotions, and practical reason. Through the mechanism of construction (I'tibar-sazi), practical reason bridges the gap between internal feelings and external actions, supplying the binding force of lifestyle. Furthermore, the formation of social styles is rooted in the desire for existential expansion and the dialectic between the "Principle of Employment" (Asl-e Estikhdam) and the necessity of justice. Ultimately, the plurality of styles does not stem from the relativity of truth; rather, it results from the diversity of variable I'tibariat upon the foundation of constant ones, aimed at observing the principle of ease, environmental adaptation, and social status. Additionally, the theory's capacity to analyze emerging phenomena—particularly the digital lifestyle and the redefinition of the employment principle by AI algorithms—has been examined. In the realm of pathology, false styles emerge when practical reason is subjugated by the faculty of imagination (Wahemah); despite their instrumental efficacy, they suffer from teleological futility. An interactive synthesis of the constants of religion and innate nature (Fitrah), the authority of governance (Wilayat al-Amr), and the dynamism of social thought and collective Ijtihad prevents this deviation.
