چکیده
طرح الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت از سوی حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای، مباحث مختلفی را پیرامون ضرورت‌های طرح و تدوین چنین الگویی بوجود آورده است. با توجه به اهمیت بالای اندیشه‌های ایشان در مورد الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت، بحث حاضر در پی پاسخگویی به این سوال اساسی است که «چه شاخص‌هایی در نگاه حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای برای تدوین الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت وجود دارند؟» بنابراین هدف اصلی بحث، بررسی شاخص‌های تدوین الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت از منظر حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای است. در این بحث سعی شده از آغاز پیش‌داوری و فرضیه‌ای تعیین نگردد. با این حال یافته‌های بحث که مبتنی بر تحلیل بیانات، نظرات و گفتمان مقام معظم رهبری درباره الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت است، حکایت از آن دارد که ناکارآمدی الگوهای غربی توسعه(مفهوم تک‌بُعدی، ماهیت غیر دینی و مادی و همچنین اهداف و آرمان‌های دنیوی)، ارایه تعریف بومی و مستقل از پیشرفت(عدم تبعیت بی چون و چرا از الگوها و نظریه‌های غربی توسعه، استخراج مبانی نظری و شیوه‌های تحقق الگو از منابع اسلامی، بومی‌سازی تجربه‌ها و دستاوردهای نظریه‌ها و الگوهای سایر ملل و طراحی متناسب با ویژگی‌های فرهنگی و تاریخی ایران) و تبیین الگویی مبتنی بر شاخصه‌ها و ارکان اسلامی(مسئله مبدأ، مسئله معاد، مسئله عدم تفکیک دنیا و آخرت، مسئله انسان و نگاه اسلام به انسان، مسئله حکومت، مسئله عدالت و نگاه غیرمادی به اقتصاد) از جمله عواملی هستند که تدوین الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت را از منظر حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای ضروری کرده‌اند.

The main purpose of this paper is to explore the indicators of the Iranian-Islamic model of development from Ayatollah Khamenei's perspective. It is attempted not to have any predisposition or hypothesis in advance. The research findings are based on an analysis of the supreme leader's statements, views and discussions on the Islamic-Iranian pattern of development. Our findings indicate that there are several factors contributing to the necessity of suggesting an Islamic-Iranian model of development. These factors are the inefficiencies of Western patterns of development (being one-dimensional concept, non-religious as well as the priority of worldly goals), the significance of providing indigenous and independent definition of development (not following Western patterns and theories of development sightlessly, taking out theoretical foundations and methods of realizing the needed pattern from Islamic sources, localizing experiences and achievements of other nations' theories and patterns, and planning in accordance with the cultural and historical features of Iran), and formulating a pattern based on indicators and principles of Islam (Monotheism, Resurrection, not separating this world and the other world, Islamic view on human development, government, justice and immaterial look at the economy).
