Mulla Rajabali Tabrizi is one of the Safavid period’s lesser-known philosophers. He held a prominent position at Shah Abbas II’s administration. Therefore, the king occasionally posed queries in his presence. The focus of this article is an analysis and investigation of Mulla Rajabali Tabrizi’s political philosophy. The descriptive-analytical method is used to answer the question, “What are the conditions of leadership and government from Mulla Rajabali Tabrizi’s perspective, and on what anthropological foundations is it based?” After dividing the soul into higher souls, average souls, and lower souls in response to Safavi’'s King’s query about the levels of the soul, Tabrizi applies these levels to government officials, according to the research findings. In the meantime, he also specifies the rank of prophet and successor, the rank of kingship, and some fictitious principles in order to clarify his political philosophy based on his anthropological viewpoint. It has also been discovered that although Tabrizi was influenced by Plato and Aristotle on the issue of leadership and government, and like Farabi, he discusses the dos, his view on leadership and government and the ranks of officials was unique among the philosophers of the Islamic period and stemmed from the foundations of his unique anthropology.

From the perspective of the supreme leader, one of the phases of the realization of Islam in societies is the realization of the Islamic society, which occurs before the realization of Islamic civilization. The significance of establishing an Islamic society lies in its capacity to foster human progress and development. As long as the environment is conducive, it is conceivable for society members to advance. This paper has been done by using the qualitative method and grounded theory. It addresses the central question of how Islamic society is realized. Examining the book plan of Islamic thought Qur'an and its statements (1989 to 2019), this paper seeks to examine a model for the realization of an Islamic society from the leader’s perspective.According to the coding, the primary causes of the formation of Islamic society are monotheism, which is realized in the context of guardianship, leadership, and the faithful people. As an intervening condition, ignorance, rogue, depraved creatures, and Shrek were also identified. Strategies for the realization of its only consequence, namely the construction of the individual, obedience to God and the Prophet, faith, emigration, struggle for religion, patience and prayer, perseverance, enmity and recognition of duty, dignity, rationality, resemblance to the Holy Prophet, Explaining Islam and Islamic rules, compiling government jurisprudence, teaching and cultivating. These strategies can also be categorized as cognitive or behavioral. According to the view of the Supreme Leader, and taking into account his definition of faith as belief combined with action, there is a profound connection between these two areas of strategy, such that they cannot be separated in this manner. The cognitive strategies serve as the foundation for the behavioral strategies, and each supports the other. Therefore, the realization of one cannot occur without the realization of the other, and both will be realized simultaneously.

Western theorists view the principle of self-determination as a reading of liberal-democracy systems and presuppositions of individual rights and freedoms. The Naini and Ja’fari have divergent perspectives. Such a mechanism is confronted by the paradox both fundamentally and in the case of political theories in the west. This study’s primary objective is to investigate the right to self-determination in light of the fundamental rights derived from a common theoretical core shared by two thinkers in shite. This research is qualitative and descriptive-analytical, and the library method was chosen due to the subject matter and the character of the documents. According to the findings of the study, the principle of theochratic sovereignty has been the foundation of the value-based democracy, and Ja’fari considers it to be essential to a reasonable human existence. However, the decisive chapter is actually Naini’s belief in the right to choose and the opportunity to affirm the legitimacy of sovereignty by the public or the people.

Considering the efforts made among Muslim thinkers to provide an indigenous and religious model of progress in Islamic societies and the need to preserve and protect the cultural and civilizational heritage of Islam, on the one hand and the consequences of each of these theoretical efforts in modeling In the field of action, on the other hand, in this research, we seek to provide an answer to the question that the model of progress in the thought of contemporary neo-Salafis ruling in the Arab countries of the Persian Gulf and mainly Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi is based on? This research, which was conducted using the Thomas Springs research method, while identifying five main factors in the problematic aspect of the idea of progress and also identifying the causes of its occurrence, discusses the drawing of an alternative utopia and the ways to achieve it. Overall, the findings of this study are based on the claim that contemporary Sufism, and in particular Sheikh Yusuf al-Qaradawi, seeks to provide a tolerant, interactive and dynamic reading of Islam that has the maximum capacity to adapt to the modern bio-model.In general, it seems that Qaradawi, as a Muslim thinker, tries to reconcile Islam with biomodern requirements and tries to present an interactive and tolerant image of Islam as well as redefine some Islamic concepts, the ground for the convergence and connection between Islam and Provided the contemporary world. Therefore, another feature of Qaradawi's reading of Islam that is influential in his reading of the issue of development is the field of expediency in the extent and permeability of Shari'a. He points out that the interest of the Shari'a scholars is different from the interest of the Westerners, which is based on profiteering and power-seeking. In his view, the expediency that Islamic law seeks to establish and maintain is far more pervasive and far-reaching than the narrow definition offered by Westerners. According to Qaradawi, the interest of Islam is not just an individual interest. Also, it is not only a social interest, but also the interest of individuals. He states that the interest on which the generalities and details of the Shari'a are based and the rules of which are observed, is the interest that encompasses the world and the hereafter and matter and spirit, and between the individual and society and the different classes of people and national interests and human interests.

Social conflicts, which are as old as the history of human life on earth, have always been one of the major and most important problems in the collective life of humans and an obstacle on the way to their exaltation and glory. Social conflicts are any conscious hostile thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that occur at different levels of society, from relationships between individuals to groups and between people and governments. The most basic requirement for solving social conflicts is to know their types and roots and their main factors. Allameh Tabatabaei (may Allah be pleased with him) as a great philosopher and social theoretician, has handled this task well in his worthy Al-Mizan interpretation. The aim of the current research is to answer these two basic questions: How many types of social conflicts are there from Allameh Tabatabai’s point of view? And what are the main causes and reasons of its occurrence? In response to these two questions, the verses related to the topic based on Al-Mizan interpretation have been examined using a descriptive-analytical qualitative research method. The findings show that according to Allameh Tabatabaei, social conflicts are divided into two general types, natural and religious, and any other sub-contradictions fall under these two. They consider the occurrence of social conflicts to be certain and inevitable. Because the issue of civility and its main pillar, i.e. social justice, is something that humans have accepted based on urgency and necessity, not according to their original nature. This urgency is the result of several factors: the existence of the natural characteristic of recruitment in man, which seeks absolute exploitation of all his fellows, the quality of his natural creation, and finally, his extensive and ever-increasing needs, which he is unable to satisfy alone. In addition to this urgent need for civility, the difference in human nature, which is caused by the difference in the creation and geography of their lives, should also be considered. These two main causes have triggered natural conflict among humans. As a result, divine laws appeared to resolve this type of conflict. But the existence of jealousy and rebellion among the scholars and the bearers of religion has doubled the type of religious conflict over the previous conflict.

After the first encounters of Iranian with the west and their familiarity with the westerns governing and their astonishment at science progress there, Iranian lagging behind from the west was become a certain issue for our country thinkers and intellectuals and also it continues yet. In order to solve the concept of Iranian historical decline and their backwardness from the west, Ali Shariati and Abdolkarim Soroush views as two most influential Iranian intellectuals was used in this research. Indeed, they were chosen since both of them are two most prominent thinkers who belongs to different social conditions before and after the Iranians Islamic revolution respectively. Therefore, compare of their ideas about the reasons of Iran’s civilization decline and backwardness from the west would lead to better perception of the mentioned issue. For this purpose, the qualitative content analysis was utilized. According to the results, Shariati believed that stupefication or estehmar (it is an innovation concept by Shariati) is the most mainly reason of the Iranian historical decline and backwardness and also the solution is reform of both agency and structure by return to noble Islamic ideology. In addition, Soroush is of the opinion that lack of experimental sciences growth, lack of concept of right, despotism and colonialism as well are mainly reasons of Iranian historical decline and backwardness. Furthermore, his opinion is way of development passes through the scientific development. Moreover, both of them believed that religion is not cause of either the development or backwardness instinctively. Although Shariati believed that there is a potential in religion which could be helpful to reform Iranian society. Conversely Soroush believes that, in general, religion is not able to provide all human beings worldly needs. so he has suggested empirical science against the discourse of returning to Islamic ideology for Iranian society development.

Culture is considered one of the most complex concepts of social sciences, which is often explained in an analytical perspective, in the middle of a range of prescriptive and descriptive approaches; The mentioned duality has been considered as a starting point for cultural theories and has left an important impact on criticism and politics in the field of culture. Culture in the social theory of Muslims takes into account both descriptive and prescriptive aspects along with each other. This article is based on the theme analysis method in line with the concept of culture in the thought of Imam Khomeini (RA), while analyzing all his statements about culture, it uses the three stages of analysis, interpretation, and integration of the text. The research results show that there are four overarching themes including "the importance and function of culture, definition of culture, typology of culture, and strategy of culture" in explaining the concept of culture. Based on this, in the eyes of the Imam (RA), dependent culture is considered to hinder the growth of people and youth, which will be condemned to depreciation. On the other hand, one should achieve Iranian-Islamic culture while being aware of the corruptions of the West and confronting the vulgar Western culture by using its cultural advantages. Therefore, the most important development in the society is related to the field of culture, in order to achieve this goal, while purifying the culture from westernized people and purifying it to righteous (Iranian-Islamic) people, first of all, cultural self-confidence must emerge in the people, and secondly, art and media must be in opposition to The decadent culture of the West should be reconciled with the culture of Islam and Iran, and thirdly, while paying attention to the gradual transformation of culture, a kind of convergence should be created between the people, the media and the government.

problem statement: temperament and Nature plays an important role in human happiness and misery. temperament is related to the divine spirit, which, if not contaminated with sin, makes human successful and paves the way to God. But nature is related to the physical dimension of human, which, if it overcomes the spiritual dimension, leads human to a downward course. This study aims to investigate the role of temperament and nature in the ascending and descending course of human and has answered the question that from Imam Khomeini's point of view, what is the role of temperament and nature in the ascending and descending of human status? Methodology: The research method in this article is descriptive-analytical. Using the method of documentary study and referring to the mystical and moral works of Imam Khomeini, first the concept of temperament and its types are clarified and then Imam's view on human temperament and nature and effective factors and obstacles. It has been studied and explained in its ascending and descending course. Results and Discussion: From Imam Khomeini's point of view, the most important factor in the ascendancy of the soul, which originates from the pure human temperament, is awakening, which prevents human from doing evil things. On the contrary, negligence causes one to drown in sin. Another condition for the ascendant of the soul is contemplation and remembrance of the blessings that God has given to human. Another house for the ascendant of human is the decision to forsake sins and perform duties. After the stage of thinking and determination, it is calculation, meditation and meditation. Imam believes that when a person pollutes the light of temperament with the darkness of nature by committing sins, he must repent. Neglect of one's original temperament, forgetfulness of the soul, disregard for God's lofty goals in the creation of human and selfishness, are among the things that weaken the power of reason and human temperament and cause human to fall. Imam Khomeini considers the source of all errors to be self-love, worldly love and evil temptations that are effective in the downward course of human. Conclusion: From Imam Khomeini's point of view, committing sins due to human attention to the natural world causes darkness, turbidity of the heart and extinguishes the light of temperament, and one of the most important ways to prevent the darkness of the heart is waking up from negligence and repentance.

Despite the verses in the description of the quality of the relationship between femininity and motherhood, it seems that the past few decades, by considering the uniqueness of this biologic feature for women, this relationship is also considered as an obvious relationship. But, by challenging the concepts of motherhood from feminist thought and thinkers, the Muslim thinkers have more and more tried to determine the Islamic values and elements about caring of the child from the Quranic interpretations. Many of the responses to feminist challenges have led to newer interpretations and even interpretations that are similar to the feminist idea. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze the various dimensions of the concept of motherhood and determine its place under these circumstances. .In this paper try to explain, with an Ibn khaldon's aprroach that mentioned, the obstacles of development in the second Pahlavi era. From Ibn Khaldun's perspective, factors such as people, political officials, beliefs, wealth, or resources, development, and justice are linked in a circular and independent. They affect each other and provides grounds for positive or negative transformation. Considering that during the second Pahlavi, some components such as wealth, namely, oil money and foreign aid as constructive elements, had the potential for a positive development impact. However, these factors have made official elements dependent on the government more, and they were subordinated to the political system instead of being effective. Moreover, unofficial groups performed their duties, and the most important effects of the domination of informal groups is disregard for order and law, which provides context for avoiding positive developments. On the other hand, the improvement of the monetary situation provided context for the despotism of Mohammad Reza Shah in the late period of his rule. Meanwhile, good government in Ibn Khaldun's view is neither an interventionist government nor a dictatorial government. Therefore, the effect that the pivotal variables have on development in other variables has had a negative impact, not a turning point for development.

Abu Nasr al-Farabi, as the founder of Islamic philosophy, emphasizing on Islamic teachings, attempted to re-read and revolutionize Greek sciences. Farabi's civil science, keeping harmony with the Islamic culture, is a result of this scientific endeavor. This article tries to explain this attempt using a fundamental methodology. Fundamental methodology explains how scientific theories articulated considering three theoretical dimensions including logical-epistemological, existential-social, and the impact of fundamental cultural interactions on the formation of a theory. In the third dimension, when a culture encounters with another one actively, the elements of the second culture are re-read on the base of fundamental elements of the first one. In the process of revision and reviewing, some elements of the second culture can be accepted and some others will be rejected. As a result, we witness a case of reconciliation of indigenous and exogenous cultures. Based on Farabi's civil science, fundamental elements of Islamic culture, formed by Rasoul (Prophet) and Greek political philosophy can be interpreted by means of a connection to active intellect (aqle fa`al).

Theoretical controversies about the relationship between modern science and religion have created a kind of classification of social thinkers. In this regard we can name three macro approaches of modernistic science, modified science, and Islamic traditionalist. Each of these approaches have discussed the possibility of religious science in general and Islamic social science in particular, and all of them are relied on philosophical presumptions targeting characteristics of an ideal society. This has resulted in disagreement and lack of social perspective needed to social theorizing. "Argumentative sociology" is a new format of epistemology in the realm of philosophy of sociology considering cultural and social changes in the new era. Argumentative sociology, emphasizing on the philosophical presumptions of theories of sociology and indicating desirable features of society, suggests that, with the help of more rational-philosophical axioms, it is possible to evaluate philosophical foundations of the theories and reach more reliable results via "experimental syllogism."

The purpose of this study is to identify and organize the components of “ethics of neighborhood behavior” referring to Imam Sajjad's, the fourth Shite Imam (pbuh). This is done using a content analysis and descriptive-analytic method. For this purpose, two Imam Sajad's books called “Sahifeh Sajjadiyeh” and a “Treatise on Rights” were studied analytically. The moral values in neighborhood behavior were extracted and formulated on nine categories including general ethics of neighborhood, the suffering neighbor's rights, code of conduct regarding philanthropic neighbor, ethics of complaining about a neighbor, ethics of neighborhood consultation, the way of behaving old age neighbors, behaving with the neighbors' children, and the ethics of dealing with an evil neighbor. Also, the cognitive, emotional and attitudinal foundations of neighboring behavior identified and explained. Base on this results the concept of "Neighborhood" goes beyond and much broader than a physical proximity. In other words neighborhood means a kind of symbiosis with a sense of belonging, support, responsibility, and strict morality, which can transform a group of households into a coherent social unit.

Today, given the development of complex urban problems, the necessity of paying attention to solutions related to Iranian-Islamic cities, in accordance with the cultural, social, political and physical context, seems evident. Meanwhile, studying Muslim thinkers' thoughts can be of importance in finding solution to the complexities of the cities. Abu Ali Sina, as a great Muslim scholar, has contributed to the development of urban thoughts considerably. In particular, his concept of Medina of Adela (the city of justice) is innovatory in the realm of theories of urban planning and urban development. The present paper aims to explore Abu Ali Sina's views on urbanization, identifying the characteristics of a desirable city, unfolding dimensions of social life in the urban environment, as well as explaining socio-economic, political, and physical relations in an urban society. The research method in this study is a combination of content analysis, deductive-descriptive methods, as well as causal analysis and meta-analysis. Our findings show that the existence of a healthy urban community requires attention to all aspects of social, economic, political and physical relations, so that these subsystems can be related to each other as a whole and each part affect the other ones systematically.

Iranian Islamic revolution in 1979 provided new attitudes toward woman's social participation. The present paper is an attempt to investigate three intellectual traditions concerning women's social participation in the four recent decades. These three ways of thinking about women social status, which can be considered as the most important intellectual currents in the Islamic Republic of Iran include, Islamic traditionalism, Islamic modernism, and Islamic civilization approach. This paper, using documentary method, focuses on the main components of each tradition and introduces the pattern of women's participation in society according to each of them. At the end, the paper categorizes the discussed participation patterns as family-oriented, community-oriented and progressive-oriented, and draws a comprehensive model of the theoretical approach of Islamic civilization tradition. A comparative study of these traditions indicates that the Islamic civilization approach, with systemic attitude and evolutionary orientation, provides a rather complete model for women's participation in an Islamic society.
