Social Theories of Muslim Thinkers

Submission Requirements

Dear Authors, before submitting a manuscript through the journal’s online submission system, please ensure that the following requirements are met:

• The manuscript is aligned with the thematic aims and scope of the Social Theories of Muslim Thinkers Journal.
• The manuscript has been prepared in accordance with the journal’s author guidelines, including in-text citations and bibliographic references.
• The manuscript has not previously been published in another scholarly journal and will not be submitted to any other journal until a final decision has been communicated by the editorial office of the Social Theories of Muslim Thinkers Journal.

Review and Acceptance Process

Upon receipt through the journal’s online submission system, submitted manuscripts will be placed on the journal’s agenda for consideration. They will first undergo an initial assessment by the subject editor. If the manuscript is approved at this stage, the author will be requested to pay the review fee. The manuscript will then be sent to at least two reviewers for peer review.

Upon receipt of the reviewers’ reports, and provided that the manuscript is deemed suitable for further consideration, the reviewers’ comments will be forwarded to the author. The author is required to submit the revised version of the manuscript to the quarterly journal’s editorial office within three weeks.

The revised manuscript will then be reconsidered by the Editorial Board. Following approval of the revisions, it will be sent to a final reviewer. If approved by the final reviewer and upon payment of the acceptance fee, the manuscript will receive final acceptance.

At this stage, the author must complete the acceptance form and submit it, together with the required documents, to the quarterly journal’s editorial office. The manuscript will then be scheduled for publication
