Poverty is a multi-meanings concept which has underwent conceptual modifications in different ages. In the current study we seek to review some poverty studies since the rise of Islam in Iran. Our data are collected and analyzed using literary writings and historical texts. The selected texts were classified based on four general themes, namely Sufism, ethics, teaching, and fotowwat writings (letters on chivalry). In particular, we used a text-based historical method to analyze the gathered data. The findings indicate that there are some interrelated and synonymous concepts for poverty which are difficult to understand without considering its various meanings. In addition, we found historical connotations of the concept of poverty. According to the results, the nature of poverty can be interpreted and classified into two categories: virtues and vices. Our results also suggest that poverty is mainly understood as a cultural interpretation. It is a conceptual chain that carries many ethical meanings including piety, abstinence, contentment, and deliverance. As a result, the removal of poverty requires such a cultural understanding.

the present study was aimed at investigating cognitive programs of Holy Defense community on the cultural identity of female students of shahrekord city was done. Research methodology in this study field method of correlation. And for the sampling of random sampling method is cluster. Statistical population consists of all female students of secondary section (volume II) District of shahrekord County one and two. That their numbers 7152 people. The sample size using a table to determine the number of people was 257 Morgan. Research information with the use of the researcher was collected. For the analysis of statistical information includes the Pearson test and analysis of variance regression test was used. The results of this research suggests that it is between the cultural programs of holy defense include: The implementation of the commemoration of the martyrs,rahian nor camps, Shia unknown martyrs funeral, SHOW films associated with the sacred defense With the identity of the students there is a positive relationship. Investigating Suhrawardi's thoughts on Urban planning and design Abstract: The problems have been exacerbated in different countries of the world imported theories in some fields, are inefficient. Development-related aspects of intellectual ideas and beliefs in various fields including urban planning are essential. Using the theoretical foundations and principles of Islamic Architecture and urban planning and the thoughts and works of Muslim scholars, this study can be effective. The purpose of this research is to study Suhrawardi's thinking in different dimensions of the city and finally to draw the ideal Islamic city. This is a fundamental research, and its research method is a combination of methods of "text and content analysis", "causal analysis and meta-analysis" in some sections, and "exploratory" and "deductive-descriptive" methods. And collecting information from library resources and documents. The research findings show that the most important feature of the desirable city is intellectual and beliefs in the city Which appear in different social, economic, political dimensions of the city. The physical characteristics of the city are important because they play an important role in promoting the other two aspects.

Considering the theoretical controversy about fundamental concepts and values, such as justice, between Islam and the West, this article probes the historical course of the conceptual transformation of justice from the perspective of Western and Muslim thinkers. The paper concludes that, firstly, justice does not have a clear universal meaning over the ages and between scholars; nevertheless the general tendency is to find the basis for a blissful and transcendental life. Secondly, the similarity and difference among Western and Islamic thinkers returns to their epistemological foundations and social and religious contexts. Thirdly, tendencies in Western scholars from the classical period to the new age have been toward an avoidance from absolutism and bringing justice to practical life, while the Islamic thinkers generally have been adopted absolutistic and holistic tendencies. Fourthly, Islamic thought tends to be more egalitarian and has an eternal character, while Western thought tends to be a non-eternal character focusing aspects of the implementation of justice. Fifthly, taking into account the latter two cases, the Western method of inductive justice and, at the same time, that of problem-solving, is based on secular and humanistic principles. Therefore, it is not necessarily interpreted as the best laws of justice, but rather more attention is paid to the actual results. In comparison, Islamic thought is focused on the epistemological basis of spirituality and tends to present a comprehensive interpretation.

The purpose of this study is to provide comprehensive understanding of Islamization of Knowledge (IOK), as an intellectual response from Muslim Scholars to what so called “Modernity Project” in recent decades. Using Meta-Analysis as a method of study, this research systematically has reviewed over 80 scientific documents including articles, books, reviews and etc. in order to come out with a clear picture and understanding of IOK across the world. The result of this study shows the IOK as an intellectual project was a great revivalist response to modernity; hence, is right path to follow. Even though, many scholars, researchers and fellows were involved and producing lots of scientific documents pertinent to IOK resulted a very rich Islamic Heritage, however, less attention have been paid to IOK as a comprehensive approach to the challenges of contemporary societies. Having such understanding and clear picture of IOK, with its main categories, trends and pertinent comparative studies as well as their strength and weaknesses will help and guide Muslim scholars and thinkers in their future studies along the path toward restore their supremacy in knowledge. Furthermore, this study shows that IOK can be considered as Co-Equal with establishing and localizing of Knowledge in the golden age of Islamic Civilization, as such, once is established in each modern thought, a creative Islamic synthesis can be launched.

In this study, we examine the impact of the doctrine of jihad on the formation of the Islamic Revolution. So the main question is how did revolutionaries face the issue of jihad? The hypothesis shows that the method of struggle in the Islamic Revolution has been based on Islamic culture and is inspired by the multifaceted principle of Jihad. In order to confirm the research hypothesis, firstly, the fields necessary for the struggle in each revolution have been enumerated, and then the influence of attention to jihad is mentioned in them including the Islamic Revolution. The findings of the research show that the concept of Jihad as a revolution includes all aspects of the doctrine of Jihad, including Jihad-e- Akbar, jihad-e-Asghar and armed jihad, and their manner to use is mentioned in jurisprudence and Islamic sources. Therefore, the study of the various stages of the Islamic Revolution, including the ideology, mobilization, leadership and collective action of the revolution that reveals the method of revolution, confirms that the method of struggle in the Islamic revolution is based on the doctrine of jihad.
