ccording to many fundamental issues of social sciences, which have arisen around the construction - reality dichotomy, we see a wide range of theories about the nature of social structure. On the one hand, realists such as Durkheim consider the social structure as an objective reality that dominates human agency, which must be discovered under certain criteria. On the other hand, constructionists like Berger and Luckman considered the social structure to be a social construction that humans have created according to their own contract. In the research tradition of Islamic philosophy, M.H Tabatabaei has also presented a theory titled "Etebarian " to understand the nature of the social structure, which explains this issue despite the emphasis on the validity (neither discovery nor construction). In the current research, based on the analytical - descriptive method, we will first explain the epistemological foundations of Durkheim's view, as the most prominent representative of realism, and the view of Berger and Luckman, as the most prominent representatives of constructivism. In the end, by using the comparative approach and benefiting from the capacity of Tabatabaei's theory of Etebarian, we will show that social structures are post-social credits that during a gradual process and by determining a certain range of roles and social relations, controls and manages the actions of human agencies in the direction of their desired goals and ends.

The theoretical formulation of Iran has been one of the most important lines of thought in the last hundred years. It started with the research activities of orientalists and has occupied many Iranian researchers. In the meantime, Professor Henry Corbin is considered among the pioneers of this field. His research about Iran has a special and unique feature. He has always inspired the younger generations after himself. Corbin avoids merely listing field reports about Iran. He reaches the depth of Iran's constructive framework. This issue helps him to put the components of Iranian identity in a coherent system. These components have deep connections with each other in the innermost elements of their life. This approach has given a special face to Corbin research regarding Iran. The following article presents a report of the research activities of this great researcher and Iranologist and deals with the core of his research and presents a theoretical formulation of this researcher and shows its place among the theories of Iranology and then criticizes his theory about Iran. Therefore, dealing with the issues of such a thinker is beyond the scope of an article and is the only entry point. Also, this article focuses on his theory of Iranology and will discuss his other intellectual aspects only to the extent of necessity.

The problem of mutual relationship between social factors and types of knowledge, which is called "social determination of knowledge", is the external objectivity of knowledge from a social point of view or the impression and identification that different types of human knowledge receive from social factors. The components of this mutual relationship include depth, degree, level, dominant factor and subject. Muhammad Husayn Tabatabai believes that apart from obvious, present, general theoretical knowledge and some general practical knowledge, the rest of knowledge is under the influence of biological, environmental, unseen and social cultural factors that this effect is contingent and does not even reach the stage of causation. The main focus of these epistemological developments is the credibility, especially the post-social credibility, which is completely socially determined. Max Scheler proposed the form and content of knowledge, which considers the content immune from social determination and considers only the form of knowledge to be socially determined. Of course, Tabatabai and Scheler both believe that there is no causality between the community and knowledge and the influence of the community is only to the extent necessary. According to Scheler's opinion, spiritual and real factors jointly determine knowledge. Of course, only the three forms of knowledge of religion, philosophy and science are targeted for determination. Therefore, the extract of Tabatabai's theory goes back to the discussion of validity and Scheler's theory of the form and content of knowledge.

Managers and their decisions play an essential role in inter-organizational coordination. In fact, the selection of managers with participatory approaches based on Contemporized indicators provides the basis for the realization of inter-organizational coordination in the management and urban planning system of Iran. Based on this, in this research, Farabi's thoughts regarding the necessary conditions for the managers of governmental institutions, contemporary Western theories regarding the characteristics of managers and the existing laws and regulations related to the conditions and characteristics of the country's executive managers were compared with each other and finally 19 indicators were introduced. Although there are laws and regulations regarding the qualities and characteristics of managers, we face difficulties and expediency in the implementation position. Based on this, it is suggested that a database of employees of executive bodies who have at least 5 years of executive experience be formed and an arrangement be made that senior managers are only allowed to appoint operational managers from within this database. It is also suggested that the index of "adherence to the implementation of the Action Plans of the organization" should be considered as one of the main indicators in the appointment of managers of executive organizations.

The ideal city is a benchmark for revealing the shortcomings and inadequacies of the current situation in order to criticize the established system and move towards the ideal situation. Ideal city is a title for a terrestrial society that has a way to a high horizon while solving current human concerns. Therefore, explaining this city with a purely secular outlook is not possible. Amir Mominan Imam Ali's (PBUH) opinions arise from two criteria: reason and Shariah, and from this point of view, we can look at the realities in the world, find many of the facts, and finally cure pain without expecting the negative consequences and damages of current views. The purpose of this study is to consider human relations, specifically social and economic relations, as one of the main three dimensions of the ideal city based on eight previously extracted bases. Therefore, by collecting data and analyzing their contents, we will examine the viewpoint of Imam Ali (PBUH) on the characteristics of human relations in the ideal city. For this purpose, the research method is a combination of text and content analysis and meta-analysis methods. Finally, the features of each of the eight main principles in the ideal city, including Tawḥīd and God-centeredness, justice, life, human dignity, security, original human freedom, order, and ownership in the social and economic relations of the city's residents, have been presented. This research is a step in the direction of compiling the theoretical foundations of the Islamic city and documenting the characteristics and attributes of the Islamic city based on the words of the infallible imams (PBUH). The results show that the destination and goal of human communication is Divinity and Afterlifeism, and human rights are defined along with the divine rights and the protection of God's rights is done through the protection of people's rights.
