		<Abstract>The aim of this research Showing importance the position and approach of islamic texts And the views of sociologists relative to the structure and foundations of social changes. research questions: one: How has the theme of &quot;tradition of change&quot; been explained in the Qur&#039;anic interpretations? Two: How is the structure of social change in Islamic texts and the words of sociologists analyzed? exploratory research and an analytical descriptive approach, With the content analysis tool, In response to the first question, studies show: The first group of commentators ,The tradition of change is &quot;transforming society from desirable to unfavorable. &quot;The second group of commentators, The tradition has changed the meaning of &quot;transforming society from desirable to unfavorable and vice versa.&quot; In response to the second question four issues have been discussed .First discussion: Social change factors: According to interpretative doctrines, Divine prophets are the main cause of the movement of history. Second discussion: Social change conditions: According to the teachings of the Quran, the fundamental conditions of change are :Correct opinion, Faith with action .Third discussion: Elements of social change: Two elements People (as components of society) and time (the time needed to change),attitudes to communities must be taken into consideration .Fourth discussion: obstacles to social change :From the perspective of the teachings of the Quran and sociologists, Social changes for reasons such as :Imitation, prejudice, resignation and social indifference faces a slowdown.</Abstract>
