This study aimed at Ali Sháriati's stance on the notion of People in comparison with Mortáza  Motáhari's. These two thinkers had a great deal of philosophical and sociological debates on such concepts as "The Individual", "Society", "History", and "Nās" in their works. However, due to practical involvement in revolutionary campaigns, they had to deal with the notion of "People" not as an abstract issue and not as the object of philosophical-sociological theorizations, but as the ordinary common people considering their role in plans for change in the current order or establishment of the new order. Seemingly, Shariati was preoccupied most in the problem of people-intellectual and had a twofold stance toward people: from one hand, he considered people as an absolute standard to assess all the social and the religious issues including God, the Prophet, worship, art, and the like. On the other hand, he selectively distinguished between the "Semi-human" and the "thirsty for faith and the deep desirer for the epoch of human equality" and put the latter at the heart of his plan for social evolution. Instead, Motahari focused most on the problem of people-religion and challenged the application of the notion of "the miserable" (Mostázáf) to ordinary people asserting that the miserable was not the same as the believer (Mômen). He assumed "good deed" (Ámal-e-Sāleh) as the criterion to assess ordinary people instead of miserableness. The study utilized documentary research method as well as reviewing the text of these two thinker's works.    }, keywords = {Shariati,Motahari,People (Márdom),Religion,Miserableness (Estezāf),Islamic Revolution}, title_fa = {بررسی مقایسه‌ای صورتبندی مسالة «مردم» در آراء شریعتی و مطهری}, abstract_fa = {«مردمی» در کنار «اسلامی» از جمله مهمترین صفات ممیزة انقلاب اسلامی است. این مقاله به بررسی موضع «علی شریعتی» و «مرتضی مطهری» در مورد «مردم» اختصاص دارد. این دو متفکر بحث‌های مفصل فلسفی یا جامعه‌شناختی پیرامون مفاهیمی نظیر «فرد» و «جامعه» و «تاریخ» و «ناس» در آثار خود دارند. اما آنها ضمناً به دلیل درگیری عملی در مناسبات اجتماعی و مبارزات انقلابی ناگزیر از پرداختن به «مردم» نه به‌مثابه امری تجریدی و به‌عنوان ابژة نظریه-پردازی‌های فلسفی-جامعه‌شناختی بلکه به‌عنوان مردمِ «عادی»ِ «کوچه بازار» و تعیین جایگاه آنها در طرح‌هایشان برای تغییر در نظم یا تاسیس نظم جدید بوده‌اند. به نظر می‌رسد که شریعتی بیش از همه دلمشغول مناقشة مردم-روشنفکر است و موضع دوگانه‌ای در مورد مردم دارد: از یکسو «مردم» را به‌عنوان معیار کاملی برای سنجش همة امور اجتماعی و دینی اعم از خدا و پیامبر و عبادت و هنر و نظایر آن مطرح می‌کند، و از سوی دیگر گزینشگرانه «شبه‌آدم‌ها» را از افراد «تشنة ایمان» و در حسرت «روزگار برابری انسانی» متمایز می‌کند، و آنها را پایة اصلی طرح تحول اجتماعی خود می‌داند. مطهری بیش از همه بر مناقشة مردم-دین تمرکز دارد، و مفهوم «مستضعف» را برای اشاره به جایگاه مردم عادی به چالش می‌کشد، و معتقد است که «مستضعف» همان «مومن» نیست، و ملاک سنجش مردم عادی نه «استضعاف» بلکه «عمل صالح» است. در این مقاله از روش اسنادی و مرور متن آثار این دو متفکر استفاده شده است.}, keywords_fa = {شریعتی,مطهری,مردم,دین,استضعاف,انقلاب اسلامی}, url = {https://jstmt.ut.ac.ir/article_68899.html}, eprint = {https://jstmt.ut.ac.ir/article_68899_8fad9432b8a6380e9081be748c8a38d1.pdf} }
